多重耐药菌规范化管理在放射科应用后的效果评价

Effect of evaluation of standardized management of multidrug-resistant bacteria in radiology department

目的对口腔放射科多重耐药菌感染进行规范化管理,减小多重耐药菌传播的可能性,提高放射科医务人员对医院感染重要性的认识。方法 2018年1月—12月对来本科室进行检查的多重耐药菌患者进行规范化管理,并记录规范化管理实施后患者在本科进行检查时的停留时间、医疗设备菌落;对措施实施前后医务人员洗手依从性、医务人员对多重耐药菌知识的掌握率进行对比。结果进行规范化管理后,多重耐药菌患者进行检查时的停留时间、医疗设备菌落均减少;医务人员洗手依从性、医务人员对多重耐药菌知识的掌握率均提高。结论多重耐药菌感染规范化管理的应用,最大程度地降低了多重耐药菌在院内的传播风险及感染率。医务人员能更好地掌握多重耐药菌方面的知识及处理措施,强化了医务人员的院感意识。

Objective To standardize the management of multi-drug resistant infections in the Department of Oral Radiology,reduce the possibility of transmission of multi-drug resistant bacteria,and improve the awareness of radiologists on the importance of hospital infections.Methods From January to December 2018,the patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria who were examined in our department were standardized,and the residence time and medical equipment colonies of the patients after the implementation of standardized management were recorded.The hand washing compliance of medical staff before and after the implementation of the measures and the medical staff's grasp of the knowledge of multi-drug resistant bacteria were compared.Results After standardization management,the retention time and medical equipment colonies of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria were reduced;the compliance with hand washing and the knowledge on multi-drug resistant bacteria of medical staff were improved.Conclusion Through the application of standardized management of multi-drug resistant infections,the risk of transmission and infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria in the hospital can be minimized.Medical staff can better master the knowledge and treatment measures of multi-drug resistant bacteria,and strengthen the hospital awareness of medical staff.
