The basic products of petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province have a complete range and a large output.And the high-end products are low.How to carry out the transformation of science and technology in fine chemical enterprises,for adapting to the adjustment of industrial structure and utilize superior resources.This paper analyzes the present situation of petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province.Using the relevant theories of technical economics,providing systematic analysis thinking for fine chemical enterprises.
