结合山西省委经济会议提出的全力打造一流创新生态的精神,从创新文化、创新体系、创新制度、创新人才、创新区域等方面论述了创新生态发展模式的构建,引领经济高质量转型发展。
In combination with the spirit of striving to create first-class innovation ecology proposed by the economic conference of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee,this paper discusses construction of the innovative ecological development model from the aspects of innovation culture,innovation system,innovation institution,innovative talents and innovative regions,so as to lead the high-quality transformation and development of the economy.
