Research on the Training of Accounting Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

国家职业教育改革实施方案中提出:要对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,适应"互联网+职业教育"发展需求,运用现代信息技术改进教学方式方法,推进虚拟工厂等网络学习空间建设和普遍应用。高职院校是培养会计人才的重要阵地,如何改革会计人才培养模式、培养出符合新时代需要的会计人才是值得认真探讨的课题。围绕新时代高职院校会计专业人才的培养要求及水准,进行了相关探讨和研究。

The implementation plan of national vocational education reform puts forward:to meet the development trend of science and technology and market demand,to adapt to the development demand of“Internet+vocational education”,to use modern information technology to improve teaching methods,to promote the construction and universal application of virtual factories and other network learning space.Higher vocational colleges are an important position to train accounting talents.How to reform the training mode of accounting talents and cultivate accounting talents according with the needs of the new era is a subject worthy of serious discussion.This paper discusses and studies the training requirements and standards of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
