梧州市城区医护人员艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the status of HIV occupational exposure protection of medical workers in Wuzhou city

目的探讨梧州市城区医护人员艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露防护现状,为完善日后防护措施提供参考。方法于2016年4月至2018年3月采用分层抽样法调查梧州市城区医疗机构多部门医护人员3128例,通过HIV职业暴露防护知识调查问卷对所有研究对象防护知识掌握情况进行调查。结果问卷调查有效率为89.42%(3128/3498),职业防护总得分为(36.98±11.47)分。医护人员整体防护知识水平较差,缺乏规范化防护培训,部分医院未建立相关防护制度。结论梧州市城区医护人员HIV职业暴露防护整体水平较低,各大医疗机构应加强防护制度建立,开展专业知识培训,规范日常操作流程,降低HIV职业暴露风险。

Objective To explore the status of HIV occupational exposure protection of medical workers in Wuzhou city,and provide reference for improving protective measures.Methods From April 2016 to March 2018,a stratified sampling method was used to investigate 3128 medical workers from multiple departments in medical institutions of Wuzhou city.The mastery status of protection knowledge of all subjects were investigated through the questionnaire of HIV occupational exposure prevention knowledge.Results The effective rate of questionnaire survey was 89.42%(3128/3498),and the total score of occupational protection was(36.98±11.47).The overall level of protection knowledge of medical workers was poor,lack of standardized protection training,and some hospitals have not established relevant protection systems.Conclusion The overall level of HIV occupational exposure protection of medical workers in Wuzhou city is relatively low.All major medical institutions should strengthen the establishment of protection system,carry out professional knowledge training,and standardize the daily operation process so as to reduce the risk of HIV occupational exposure.
