改良的骶尾部藏毛窦切除皮瓣转移术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的临床效果

Clinical effect of improved sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus excision skin flap transplantation in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus

目的分析改良的骶尾部藏毛窦切除皮瓣转移术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的临床效果。方法以本院的40例骶尾部藏毛窦患者为研究对象,按电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各20例。对照组予以传统皮瓣转移手术,试验组予以改良的骶尾部藏毛窦切除皮瓣转移术。比较两组的疗效。结果试验组的手术时间、伤口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3、5 d,试验组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率和复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良的骶尾部藏毛窦切除皮瓣转移术可改善骶尾部藏毛窦患者的围术期指标,降低疼痛感,减少并发症及复发情况出现。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of improved sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus excision skin flap transplantation in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus.Methods A total of 40 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus in our hospital were as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to computer digital random table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional skin flap transplantation,while the experimental group was given improved sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus excision skin flap transplantation.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,wound healing time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 5 d after surgery,the VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus excision skin flap transplantation for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus patients can improve patients'perioperative indexes,reduce the pain,and decrease complications and recurrences.
