药物内服外敷、医用胶水对外科清创术后创口愈合的影响比较

Comparison of the effects of drug oral administration and external application and medical glue on wound healing after surgical debridement

目的比较药物内服外敷、医用胶水对外科清创术后创口愈合的影响。方法将我院200例急诊创伤患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组清创缝合术后用龙血竭胶囊内服外敷,观察组清创后不缝合直接用医用胶水粘合。比较两组术后创口愈合的相关指标。结果术后1个月,观察组创口愈合总有效率、创口颜色、硬度及张力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面色素沉着、充血程度、柔韧性及高度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外科清创术患者术后用医用胶水更有利于创口的愈合。

Objective To compare the effects of drug oral administration and external application and medical glue on wound healing after surgical debridement.Methods Two hundred cases of emergency trauma patients admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration and external application of Longxuejie capsule after debridement and suturing,and the observation group was treated with medical glue after debridement without suturing.The indexes of wound healing in the two groups were compared.Results One month after operation,the total effective rate of wound healing,scores of wound color,hardness and tension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of wound pigmentation,hyperemia,flexibility and height in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of medical glue after debridement is more conducive to the healing of wounds.
