癫痫康胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫的效果及对Hcy水平的影响

Effect of Dianxiankang capsule combined with oxcarbazepine on epilepsy and its influence on Hcy level

目的研究癫痫康胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫的效果及对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的158例癫痫患者按单双号分为对照组和观察组,各79例。对照组采用奥卡西平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合癫痫康胶囊进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.94%,高于对照组的83.54%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Hcy水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MMSE评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癫痫康胶囊联合奥卡西平可提高癫痫患者的疗效,改善其精神状态,但长时间服用会引发血清Hcy水平异常升高,增加血栓事件发生风险。

Objective To study the effect of Dianxiankang capsule combined with oxcarbazepine on epilepsy and its influence on homocysteine(Hcy)level.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight epileptic patients admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to single and double numbers,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Dianxiankang capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.94%,which was higher than 83.54%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Hcy levels of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE scores of both groups increased,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dianxiankang capsule and oxcarbazepine can improve the curative effect and mental state of patients with epilepsy,but long-term administration will cause abnormal increase of serum Hcy level and increase the risk of thrombosis.
