宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone in the treatment of early endometrial cancer

目的分析宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的40例早期子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组给予宫腔镜电切术治疗,研究组给予宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素(醋酸甲羟孕酮)治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的完全缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的足月生产率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6、9个月,两组的CA125、HE-4水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果显著,可提高患者的生育功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone in the treatment of early endometrial cancer.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of early endometrial cancer treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the study group was treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone(medroxyprogesterone acetate).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The complete remission rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The full-term production rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the miscarriage rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3,6,and 9 months after treatment,the levels of CA125 and HE-4 in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of early endometrial cancer,it can improve the fertility function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
