重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合羟糖苷治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果

Effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with hydroxyglycoside in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合羟糖苷对白内障术后干眼症的治疗效果。方法选择2016年4月至2019年4月我院收治的79例白内障术后干眼症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(39例)。对照组使用羟糖苷滴眼液,观察组使用重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合羟糖苷滴眼液。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、后的视力情况、泪膜破裂试验和泪液分泌试验结果及泪液中的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组视力均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的泪膜破裂试验和泪液分泌试验结果均明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的泪液IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液联合羟糖苷能减轻白内障术后干眼症患者眼部的炎症反应,促进泪膜稳定以及角膜愈合,疗效肯定。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with hydroxyglycoside on dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods From April 2016 to April 2019,79 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with hydroxyglycoside eye drops,while the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with hydroxyglycoside eye drops.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity,the results of tear film rupture test and tear secretion test,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in tear before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups were significantly improved,and that of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the results of tear film rupture test and tear secretion test of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in tear of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops combined with hydroxyglycoside can alleviate inflammation response of eye in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery,promote tear film stability and corneal healing,with a confirm effect.
