摘要
目的分析不同严重程度支气管哮喘患儿IL-4、HIF-1α、IFN-γ、VEGF水平差异,并探讨检测上述指标的临床意义。方法选择2016年10月至2018年10月我院收治的105例支气管哮喘患儿,设为观察组。将支气管哮喘患儿分为轻中度组(72例)和重度组(33例)。选择同期在我院体检的105例儿童为对照组。对比各组研究对象血清IL-4、HIF-1α、IFN-γ和VEGF水平,并分析上述指标与支气管哮喘的相关性。结果对照组、轻中度组、重度组的血清IL-4、HIF-1α、IFN-γ、VEGF水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中血清IL-4、VEGF和HIF-1α水平:重度组>轻中度组>对照组;血清IFN-γ水平:重度组<轻中度组<对照组。治疗后,两组患儿血清IL-4、HIF-1α和VEGF水平均显著降低,血清IFN-γ水平显著升高,但重度组患儿血清IL-4、HIF-1α和VEGF水平显著高于轻中度组,IFN-γ水平显著低于轻中度组(P<0.05)。血清IL-4、HIF-1α、VEGF水平与支气管哮喘呈显著正相关,血清IFN-γ水平与支气管哮喘呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论检测血清IL-4、HIF-1α、IFN-γ、VEGF水平对于评估支气管哮喘的发生与发展具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the levels of IL-4,HIF-1α,IFN-γand VEGF in children with different severity of bronchial asthma,and to explore the clinical significance of detecting above indexes.Methods One hundred and five children with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as observation group.The children with bronchial asthma were divided into mild to moderate group(72 cases)and severe group(33 cases).A total of 105 children who had physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group.The levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1α,IFN-γand VEGF were compared among the groups,and the correlation between the above indexes and bronchial asthma were analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1α,IFN-γand VEGF in the control group,the mild to moderate group and the severe group were significantly different(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-4,VEGF and HIF-1αwere as follows:severe group>the mild to moderate group>the control group;the levels of serum IFN-γwere as follows:the severe group<the mild to moderate group<the control group.After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1αand VEGF in the two groups significantly reduced,and the levels of serum IFN-γsignificantly increased,but the levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1αand VEGF in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild to moderate group,and the IFN-γlevel was significantly lower than that in the mild to moderate group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1αand VEGF were positively correlated with bronchial asthma,while the level of serum IFN-γwas negatively correlated with bronchial asthma(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-4,HIF-1α,IFN-γand VEGF are important significance for assessing the occurrence and development of bronchial asthma.
