经阴道超声检查子宫肌瘤的临床意义

Clinical significance of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma

目的评价经阴道超声(TVS)检查子宫肌瘤的临床意义和价值。方法回顾本院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的58例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者病情均经手术证实,术前行TVS检查。观察TVS检出情况。结果58例患者TVS诊断符合率为94.83%,误诊3例,3例均经手术证实为黏膜下肌瘤;TVS对肌壁间肌瘤和浆膜下肌瘤的诊断符合率均为100.00%。结论TVS对子宫肌瘤的检出率高,可较为准确地观察和了解肌瘤的分类,从而为诊断和治疗提供依据,推荐作为子宫肌瘤首选检查方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and value of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of hysteromyoma admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were reviewed.All patients were confirmed by operation and given TVS examination before operation.The detection of TVS was observed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of TVS was 94.83%in 58 cases,while 3 cases were misdiagnosed and all of them were confirmed as submucous myoma by operation.The diagnostic accuracy of TVS in intramural and subserosal myomas were 100.00%.Conclusion TVS has a high detection rate of hysteromyoma,it can accurately observe and understand the classification of hysteromyoma so as to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment,which is recommended as the first choice for the examination of hysteromyoma.
