健脾补肾活血泄浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo decoction on renal function and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure

目的探讨健脾补肾活血泄浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能及生活质量的影响。方法采用分层抽样的方式将2016年5月至2019年5月收治的200例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾补肾活血泄浊方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的肾功能指标、生活质量及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的尿素氮、血肌酐、β2-微球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的尿素氮、血肌酐、β2-微球蛋白水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的87.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾活血泄浊方能改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的肾功能,提升其治疗效果及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo decoction on renal function and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic renal failure admitted from May 2016 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by stratified sampling method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.The renal function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment,clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine andβ2-microglobulin between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine andβ2-microglobulin in the two groups all decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 87.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life score of patients in both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo decoction can improve the renal function,the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure,which is worth promotion.
