持续心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗期心理障碍及康复进程的影响

Effects of continuous psychological nursing intervention on the psychological disorder and rehabilitation process in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period

目的探讨持续心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者化疗期心理障碍及康复进程的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的82例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。研究组进行持续心理护理干预,对照组进行常规护理干预。比较两组护理干预效果。结果研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组乐观、自强、坚韧评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对化疗期乳腺癌患者进行持续心理护理干预,可取得理想的护理效果、改善患者心理状况、提高生活质量、满意度和治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effects of continuous psychological nursing intervention on the psychological disorder and rehabilitation process in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period.Methods A total of 82 breast cancer patients admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The study group received continuous psychological nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of optimism,self-improvement and tenacity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period can achieve ideal nursing effect,improve patients'psychological status,quality of life,satisfaction and treatment compliance.
