摘要
烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)也称为辅酶Ⅰ,是人体最重要的氧化还原酶的辅酶,参与多种生化反应,在细胞能量代谢中起关键作用。随着研究的不断深入,NAD+与细胞损伤修复、细胞衰老、细胞凋亡、信号转导等有密切联系。研究也表明,许多心血管疾病过程与NAD+水平变化有关,其对细胞功能的重要影响目前已成为国内外研究的热点。本文总结近年来NAD+在心肌保护方面的研究进展,同时讨论补充NAD+的应用前景。
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+),also known as CoenzymeⅠ,is the most important coenzyme of oxidoreductase in body.It participates in a variety of biochemical reactions and plays a key role in cell energy metabolism.As research continues,NAD+is closely related to cell damage and repair,cell senescence,apoptosis and signal transduction.Studies have also shown that many cardiovascular diseases are related to the change of NAD+level,and its important impact on cell function has become a study hot topic at home and abroad.This article summarizes recent advances of NAD+on myocardial protection in recent years,discusses the application prospects of supplemental NAD+.
