在我国铁路高速发展的今天,安全是铁路生产的永恒主题。铁路车务系统管理范围广、站点多线路长,现场作业人员水平参差不齐。在铁路车务安全生产中现场作业人员"无知、无畏、无谓"问题突出,车站管理人员和站段安全管理人员工作不到位,极大影响铁路运营安全。针对存在的问题,重点解决"无知、无畏、无谓"的问题,依托铁路安全管理信息系统检查更全面,优化管理人员时间,让管理人员和值班管理人员的作用充分发挥,多措施并举,把铁路车务系统的安全隐患消除,确保铁路车务系统高效安全运营。

With the rapid development of high-speed railway technology in China,safety is the eternal theme of railway production.The railway vehicle management system manages a wide range of stations and multiple lines,and the level of field operators is uneven.In the safety production of railway operation,the problem of site operation personnel being ignorant and fearless is prominent.The station management personnel and station section safety management personnel are not in place,which greatly affects the safety of railway operation.In view of the existing problems,this paper focuses on the problem of ignorance and fearlessness,relies on the railway safety management information system to check more comprehensive,optimizes management time,and lets the roles of managers and on-duty managers be brought into full play.Multiple measures should be taken simultaneously to eliminate the potential safety hazards of the railway vehicle service system and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the railway vehicle service system.
