摘要
面对绿色建筑增量成本增加压力,为适应开发商对节能方案效益分析的需求,本文将电价波动融入绿色建筑增量成本与效益研究。针对增量成本计算中静态价格的不足,提出用动态电价格代替静态电价的方法。同时建立遗传算法多目标优化模型,选取最优组合节能方案。本文的研究结论对于开发商选择施工节能方案与优化投标报价等决策提供可靠依据。
Faced with the pressure of incremental cost of green buildings,this paper integrates the fluctuation of electricity price into the study of incremental cost and benefit of green buildings in order to meet the needs of developers for benefit analysis of energy-saving schemes.Aiming at the shortage of static price in the calculation of incremental cost,a method of replacing static price with dynamic price is proposed.At the same time,the multi-objective optimization model of genetic algorithm is established to select the optimal combination energy saving schemes.The conclusion of this paper provides a reliable basis for the developers to choose the construction energy saving schemes and optimize the bidding quotation.
