摘要
近些年我国的经济发展迅速,城镇化的发展较快,这也就推动了房建行业的发展,随之而来的是工程项目逐渐增多。与此同时我国的经济也在向市场化发展,在此背景下房建工程造价管理的作用越发明显,其不仅能够显著提高企业效益,还能明显的提高工程的整体建设质量。但是,在实际的管理工作落实中,由于发展及市场化的原因,致使造价管理产生了一些不足,严重影响了房建工程的建设,这就需要在整体工程建设中加以解决,以保证造价管理的作用,使房建行业得到快速发展。
In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and urbanization has developed rapidly,which has promoted the development of the housing construction industry,and with it is gradually increased engineering projects.At the same time,China's economy is also developing towards marketization.Under this background,the role of housing construction project cost management is becoming more and more obvious,it can not only significantly improve the efficiency of enterprises,but also significantly improve the overall construction quality of the project.However,in the actual implementation of management work,due to development and marketization,some cost management problems have been caused,which seriously affected the construction of housing construction projects.So it needs to be resolved in the overall project construction to ensure the role of cost management and make the housing construction industry develop rapidly.
