蒸压釜安全联锁装置结构原理与技术改进研究

Research on Structural Principle and Technical Improvement of Autoclave Safety Interlock Device

针对目前我国蒸压釜安全联锁装置结构存在的缺陷,结合《特种设备技术规范》与《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》分析蒸压釜安全联锁装置结构原理,并提出改进方案。对比分析改进后的安全联锁装置强度和性能大为增强,同时降低了蒸压釜事故率,整体安全性能也大为提升,为我国特种设备安全防护工作提供了更大探究与应用空间。

In view of the current defects in the structure of the autoclave safety interlock device in China,the structural principles of the autoclave safety interlock device are analyzed in conjunction with the"Special Equipment Technical Specifications"and"Fixed Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations",and an improvement plan is proposed.By comparing and analyzing the improved safety interlock device,the strength and performance are greatly enhanced,while the autoclave accident rate is reduced,and the overall safety performance is greatly improved,providing greater exploration and application space for the safety protection of special equipment in China.
