沈阳市地下空间规划布局优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategies for Planning and Layout of Underground Space in Shenyang City

沈阳市于2012年编制完成地下空间开发利用规划,制定了点-线-面相结合的地下空间水平布局结构和浅-中-深三层次的竖向布局结构,并提出了重点地区地下空间开发利用模式及地下交通市政设施引导措施,以此强化规划布局。规划实施以来,随着沈阳地下空间大规模快速发展,规划布局的合理性和不适应性已经分别得到了不同程度的实证,有必要进行评价与反思,优化布局,提高专项规划的指导作用。

Shenyang City completed the development and utilization planning of underground space in 2012,formulated the horizontal layout structure of underground space combining point-line-surface and vertical layout structure of three levels of shallow-medium-deep,and proposed the mode of development and utilization of underground space in key areas and guidance measures for underground transportation and municipal facilities to strengthen planning and layout.Since the implementation of the plan,with the rapid and large-scale development of Shenyang's underground space,the rationality and incompatibility of the planning layout have been respectively verified by different degrees,so it is necessary to carry out evaluation and reflection,optimize the layout and improve the guiding role of the special planning.
