高抗硫酸盐混凝土抗侵蚀性能研究及工程应用

摘要 论文研究了不同掺量的矿渣粉和粉煤灰在不同浓度的硫酸盐、镁盐双重侵蚀溶液作用下的抗侵蚀能力,并测定了各龄期的抗蚀系数,结果表明当矿物掺合料的掺量为25%时,混凝土能较好的抵抗侵蚀,且矿渣粉的效果优于粉煤灰,论文根据试验结果,配制出工作性能、抗氯离子渗透及抗侵蚀性能良好的C35高抗硫酸盐混凝土,成功应用于某灌注桩的浇筑。 The paper studied the anti-erosion ability of slag powder and fly ash with different concentrations under the action of different concentrations of sulfate and magnesium salts,and measured the corrosion resistance of all ages.The results showed that when the mineral admixture was 25%,the concrete can resist erosion better,and the effect of slag powder was better than fly ash.Based on the test results,the paper formulated C35 sulfate concrete with high work performance,resistance to chloride ion penetration and erosion resistance,which was successfully applied to the pouring of a cast-in-situ pile.
