智能变电站二次安措票技能考评系统设计

摘要 目前智能变电站的二次安措票考评工作主要依靠考评员评卷打分,效率低且受考评员人为因素干扰。为了提高智能变电站二次安措票考评工作的效率和保证考评工作客观公正,设计了智能变电站二次安措票技能考评系统。该系统具备随机组卷、考试资料批量下载、自动打分、成绩统计等功能,使得二次安措票考评工作更加客观公正,在现场应用中取得较好的效果。 At present,the secondary security vote evaluation of smart substations mainly depends on the scores of the assessors,which is inefficient and interfered by human factors of the assessors.In order to improve the efficiency of the secondary security vote evaluation of smart substations and ensure the objective and fair evaluation,a secondary security vote evaluation skill evaluation system for intelligent substations is designed.The system has functions such as random grouping of papers,batch downloading of test data,automatic scoring,and performance statistics,which makes the second security vote evaluation more objective and fair,and achieves better results in applications.
