为服务于益阳市城市规划区山体水体自然资源保护与规划实施管理,采用地理国情监测技术,以测绘遥感技术为支撑,整合并充分利用各类测绘地理信息资源和专题数据资料,开展益阳市城市规划区自然山体水体地理国情监测与分析,形成专题性监测成果,为城市规划区山体水体保护的相关职能部门提供客观、准确的基础资料,为山体水体保护规划实施评估提供客观资料和依据。

In order to serve the protection and implementation of the management of natural resources of mountain and water bodies in the urban planning area of Yiyang City,it adopts geographic national condition monitoring technology,supported by surveying and mapping remote sensing technology,integrates and fully utilizes various types of surveying and mapping geographic information resources and special data,carries out the monitoring and analysis of the geographical conditions of natural mountain and water bodies in the urban planning area of Yiyang City,and forms thematic monitoring results to provide objective and accurate basic data for the relevant functional departments of mountain water body protection in urban planning areas,and provide objective data and basis for the implementation assessment of mountain and water bodies protection planning.
