摘要
基于《管理学》课程的教学现状、00后学生的特点以及移动互联时代的背景,本研究提出了以学生为中心的基于"翻转、解构、互动"三大理念的线上线下混合教学新模式,从课程分析、教学设计与开发、教学实施与方法以及教学评价与反馈等四方面,详细阐述了混合教学新模式的过程,在一定程度弥补了现有《管理学》课程教学现状的不足,也为其他课程的教学改革提供了参考、借鉴价值,具有一定的推广性。
Based on the current teaching situation of management course,the characteritics of post 00s students and the background of the mobile internet era,this paper proposes a new student-centered blended teaching mode based on three concepts of"flipped,deconstruction and interaction"and elaborates a new teaching mode from course analysis,teaching design&development,teaching implementation&mathods and teaching evaluation&feedback.It makes up for the shortages of existing management course,provides reference value for other course reforms and It will has some application value for other courses.
