体现眶周“画框”美学理念的眶隔脂肪释放法睑袋整复术

Application of orbital septum fat transposition which reflecting the Benslimane’s Frame Concept in lower eyelid blepharoplasty

Objective To introduce the Benslimane’s Frame Concept ofperiorbital rejuvenation and to explore the clinical efficacy of orbital septum fat transposition in lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 492 patients underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty release were performed during the operation.The efficacy was evaluated by Benslimane’s Frame Concept.Results All patients were followed-up from 1 to 12 months.The lower eyelid pouch and tear trough deformity were improved after operation.The area of periorbital"frame"was decreased and rejuvenation appearance of lower eyelid was achieved.Conclusion The Benslimane’s Frame Concept was suitable for Chinese population.Application of orbital septum fat transposition in lower eyelid blepharoplasty was followed the Benslimane’s Frame Concept.The efficacy of lower eyelid rejuvenation was reliable.
