靠腋后线皱襞小切口大汗腺清除术在腋臭治疗中的应用 被引量:11

Application of apocrine gland removal through small incision of posterior axillary fold in the treatment of bromhidrosis

摘要 目的探讨靠腋后线皱襞小切口大汗腺清除术在腋臭治疗中的应用疗效。方法回顾性分析自2016年9月至2018年9月就诊于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二一医院烧伤整形科112例中重度腋臭患者的临床资料,根据手术方法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(52例)。观察组采取靠腋后线皱襞小切口手术,对照组采取腋窝中央(顶部)皱襞小切口手术。术后随访3个月以上,分别对手术疗效和术后并发症进行比较分析。结果两组总有效率均达到95%以上,其疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论靠腋后线皱襞小切口大汗腺清除术疗效确切,并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect ofapocrine gland removal through small incision ofposterior axillary fold in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods A retrospective statistical study was performed in 112 patients with moderate to severe bromhidrosis from September 2016 to 2018.All patients were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to the surgical method.Operation through small incision of posterior axillary fold was performed in the observation group and through small incision of central(top)axillary fold was performed in the control group.All patients were followed up for more than 3 months,and the surgical outcomes and postoperative complications between 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of both groups was over 95%.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclussion The apocrine gland removal through small incision of posterior axillary fold had definite efficacy and fewer complications.It should be considerable for clinical popularization and application.
