我国医学生职业素养评价的可视化研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:对CNKI和万方数据库中医学生职业素养状况及评价文献进行可视化分析,为提高医学生的职业素质提供参考。方法:对采用高级检索方法检索到的文献,进行文献计量学和CiteSpace软件科学知识图谱分析,了解该领域近15年来的研究发展及变化趋势。结果:国内医学生职业素养状况及评系研究起步晚,呈散发研究状态。研究范围较局限,多为评价职业素养的构成,缺乏综合评价指标体系和评价模型。结论:应重视医学生职业素养的培育,构建从入学到毕业全过程的职业素养培养体系,借鉴国外的相关经验,建立符合我国医学教育实际的综合评价体系。 Objective:To visually analyze the data of evaluation of domestic medical students’professionalism in CNKI and Wanfang Database,to provide evidence to improve medical students’professionalism.Methods:Using bibliometrics and CiteSpace V.5.1.R8 SE software mapping knowledge domain to analyze the literature which searched by advanced search method,to understand the development and trend of that field in the past 15 years.Results:The research of medical students’professionalism in China started late and it was still in the sporadic state.It tended to evaluate the basic composition of professional quality separately,and the scope of research was limited.There were few researches focusing on the establishment of the evaluation model of medical students’professional quality,and the evaluation lacked comprehensiveness and objectivity.Conclusion:It is necessary to pay more attention to the cultivation of medical students’professionalism,establish a professionalism training system of medical students from enrollment to graduation,learn from the evaluation system and research methods of foreign countries,and establish an operable evaluation system with the reality of medical education in China.
