广州市某医院脑卒中住院患者病耻感现状及其影响因素 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究广州市某医院脑卒中患者病耻感水平及其影响因素,为有效干预脑卒中病人心理健康提供依据。方法:采用脑卒中患者病耻感量表、一般资料调查表、改良Rankin量表及Barthel指数评定量表对299名脑卒中患者进行调查。结果:脑卒中患者病耻感得分为(39.25±13.32)分。多元线性回归分析显示,卒中类型、病程及日常生活活动能力是影响脑卒中患者病耻感水平的主要因素。结论:脑卒中患者病耻感处于中等水平,不同日常生活活动能力、卒中类型及病程的患者病耻感水平不同。医护人员及社会团体应采取具有针对性的干预措施。 Objective:To analyze the status of stigma of the patients with stroke and its influencing factors in a hospital in Guangzhou,and to provide evidence for the effective intervention of mental health of stroke patients.Methods:The stigma in stroke patients was evaluated using General Information Questionnaire、Stroke Stigma Scale、Modified Rankin Scale and Barthel Index.Results:In this cohort of stroke patients,the score of Stroke Stigma Scale was(39.25±13.32).Multiple liner regression analysis showed that stroke types、course of disease and daily activity ability were associated with stigma in stroke patients.Conclusion:Patients with stroke have a moderate level of stigma,patients with different daily activity ability,stroke types and duration of illness have different levels of stigma.It is suggested that medical staff and social groups should take effective and targeted interventions.
