摘要
目的:构建一种弹性仿生聚已内酯/聚氨酯人工血管(PCL/PU血管),并探索其血管移植的效果。方法:通过模拟天然血管结构和功能,利用静电纺丝技术构建三层结构的人工血管,扫描电镜观察其微观结构,爆破压实验和模量测试计算其力学强度,随后进行大鼠体内移植实验,验证移植效果。结果:PCL/PU血管呈三层结构,能够耐受血压不发生渗漏,能够与自体血管相互融。结论:该PCL/PU血管具有优良的力学性能和生物学性能,有良好的临床应用潜力。
Objective:To study the potential of an elastic bionic polycaprolactone/polyurethane(PCL/PU)aorta graft for the remodeling of aorta deffect in vivo.Methods:For the simulation of natural aorta structure,the PCL/PU aorta graft with three layers was fabricated by electrostatic spinning technology.SEM was used to observe its structure.Its maximum blasting pressure was measured by pressure tester and mode was tested by universal mechanical instrument.The PCL/PU aorta grafts were interposed in SD rat's aorta ventralis for 30 days,the transplantation effects were observed by histopathological and immunofluorescent test.Results:The PCL/PU aorta graft showed a three-layer structure,could tolerate blood pressure without leakage,and could fuse with autologous vessels.Conclusion:The PCL/PU aorta graft has clinical application potential for its eminent mechanical strength and biocompatibility.
