11种中药材中14种重金属及有害元素测定 被引量:6

Determination of 14 heavy metal and hazardous elements in 11 kinds Chinese herbal medicine by ICP-MS

摘要 样品经微波消解后,以锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)、钪(Sc)作为内标元素,采用ICP-MS法对350批、11种中药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬、镍、钡、锰、钼、锡、硒、锑和铊等14种重金属及有害元素进行含量测定,并对样品中铬、镍、钡、锰、钼、锡、硒、锑和铊等9种金属元素含量进行考察,运用数理统计方法对数据进行统计学分析。结果表明同一品种14种元素测定值与来源及产地无明显相关性。350批样品中,1批样本中铜元素超出限量范围,35批样本中镉元素超出限量范围,超标率10%。有必要对中药材中部分重金属元素的含量加以监管,以确保中药材的品质和用药安全。该方法作为中药材中重金属及有害元素有效检测方法,简单快捷、灵敏可靠。 Inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to analyze the contents of 14 hazardous elements in 11 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine.The samples were prepared through microwave digestion,Ge,In,Bi and Sc were used as internal standard elements,14 hazardous elements including Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cu、Ni、Cr、Ba、Mn、Mo、Sn、Sb、Se、Tl in 350 samples of Chinese herbal medicine were determined by ICP-MS.and the data were statistically analyzed by method of mathematical statistic.The contents of nine kinds of elements such as chromium,nickel,barium,manganese,molybdenum,stannum,selenium,antimony and thallium in the sample were also investigated and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:There was no signifificant correlation between the measured values of the fourteen elements of the same variety and the source and the place of origin.In 350 batches of Chinese herbal medicine,Cu exceeded in one batch of medicinal material and Cd exceeded in 35 batches of Chinese herbal medicine,over standard rate was 10%.It is necessary to control the content of some heavy metal and hazardous elements in Chinese herbal medicine to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and the safety of clinical medication.The method has high sensitivity,specific,simple and fast to detect heavy metal and hazardous elements in Chinese herbal medicine.
