丰富环境干预对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆功能的影响

The effects of enriched environment on the learning and memory function in rat model of cerebral infarction

摘要 目的研究丰富环境对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法将36只8周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为手术组(24只)和假手术组(12只)。手术组大鼠行右侧大脑中动脉缺血模型,术后24 h将大鼠随即分为丰富环境组(12只)和标准环境组(12只);假手术组不线栓大脑中动脉,其余步骤与手术组相同。丰富环境组行丰富环境刺激28 d,标准环境组和假手术组常规饲养。结果定位航行实验中,丰富环境组在第28天潜伏期明显短于标准环境组(P<0.05)。空间探索实验中,丰富环境组在第21和28天穿越平台距离明显长于相应时间点的标准环境组(P<0.05);丰富环境组在第28天的穿越平台距离占总距离的百分比明显高于相应时间点的标准环境组(P<0.05);丰富环境组在第21和28天穿越平台次数明显多于相应时间点的标准环境组(P<0.05)。结论丰富环境可改善脑梗死大鼠学习记忆能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of enriched environment on the learning and memory function in rat with focal cerebral infarction.Methods 36 male SD rats when there were 8 weeks old were randomly divided into experimental(n=24)and sham groups(n=12).In operation group,the right middle cerebral artery occlusion(MACO)was performed with electric coagulation in SD rats,which were randomly divided into rich environment group(n=12)and standard group(n=12)24 hours after operation.The sham-operation group,without tying the middle cerebral artery,the rest of the steps are the same as the surgery group.The experimental group were averagely assigned to enriched environment(EE)and standaed environment(SE)group by randomly.The EE group was stimulated by EE for 28 days,while the SE and sham-operation group were fed in the routine way.Results In the place navigation test,EE group’s latencies was significantly less than SE group at the 28th day(P<0.05).In the space exploration experiments,at the 21th and 28th day.There were significantly differences between EE group and SE group in running across the platform distance(P<0.05);In the percentage of the running across the platform distance based on total distance,at the 28th day,EE group was significantly more than SE group In the percentage of the running across the platform distance based on total distance(P<0.05);EE group at the 21d and 28d across the platform number significantly more than SE group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enriched environment can improve learning and memory function in rat model of cerebral infarction.
