火灸疗法联合穴位反射区疗法治疗非脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效

Clinical effect of fire-moxibustion combined with acupoint reflex area therapy on non-spinal cervical spondylopathy

目的探究火灸疗法(火疗)联合足部穴位反射区疗法治疗非脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择2017年9月—2018年8月复旦大学附属华山医院收治的非脊髓型颈椎病患者156例,随机分为2组各78例,对照组采用常规综合保守治疗,观察组在此基础上增加火疗联合足部穴位反射区疗法治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月,对比2组治疗效果及治疗后颈椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量变化,并随访6个月,记录2组病情复发情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.9%(74/78),高于对照组的79.5%(62/78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CASCS总分为(91.28±4.17)分,对照组为(65.97±4.28)分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的VAS评分为(1.28±0.65)分,对照组为(3.82±0.52)分,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的SF-36评分为(85.21±2.73)分,对照组为(70.34±2.84)分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组颈椎病复发率为14.1%(11/78),低于对照组的42.3%(33/78),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非脊髓型颈椎病患者予以常规治疗加火疗联合足部穴位反射区疗法治疗能取得更为满意的治疗效果,有助于改善颈椎功能,减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量,且可降低病情复发率。

Objective It is to explore the clinical effect of fire therapy combined with foot reflexology on non-spinal cervical spondylosis.Methods 156 patients with non-spinal cervical spondylosis admitted to Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from September 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive conservative therapy,the observation group was treated with fire therapy combined with foot acupuncture point reflex zone therapy based on the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect,changes of pain level,quality of life,cervical spine function of the two groups were compared,and the relapse was recorded within 12 months of follow up.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.9%(74/78),which was higher than that 79.5%(62/78)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total CASCS score of the observation group was(91.28±4.17),which was higher than that of the control group(65.97±4.28)(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was(1.28±0.65),lower than that of the control group(3.82±0.52)(P<0.05);The SF-36 score was(85.21±2.73),higher than that(70.34±2.84)in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of cervical spondylosis in the observation group was 14.1%(11/78),which was lower than 42.3%(33/78)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment plus fire therapy combined with foot acupoint reflex zone therapy has better curative effect in the treatment of non-myelopathy cervical spondylosis,it can improve cervical spine function,relieve pain,and improve quality of life,and can reduce the relapse rate of the disease.
