摘要 开展和推行现代学徒制试点是高等职业教育创新发展行动计划的重要组成部分。陕西铁路工程职业技术学院作为国家现代学徒制试点院校,针对铁道工程技术专业、建筑工程技术专业与盾构施工技术等专业分别与企业共同组建了现代学徒制试点班,实现了校企双主体育人、学生学徒双重身份,形成了专业现代学徒制人才培养方案和系列制度标准,有效提升了人才培养质量。文章主要以铁道工程技术专业为例,介绍了招生招工一体化探索、校企"双导师"教师团队建设、教学质量监控体系完善、考核评价方式创新等方面取得的成果,可为其他院校的相关专业开展现代学徒制试点提供借鉴。 The development and implementation of the pilot of modern apprenticeship system is an important part of the action plan for the innovative development of higher vocational education.As a pilot college of modern apprenticeship,Shaanxi Railway Institute has set up a pilot college of modern apprenticeship system with the enterprises on the major of railway engineering technology,the major of construction engineering technology and the construction technology of shield machine.It realizes the double identity of the double main bodies education of schools and enterprises,forms the training scheme and series system standard of the professional modern apprenticeship system talents,which effectively improves the quality of the talent training.Taking the railway engineering technology major as an example,this paper introduces the achievements made in the aspects of the integration of enrollment and recruitment,the construction of"double mentors"teacher team in schools and enterprises,the perfection of teaching quality monitoring system and the innovation of assessment and evaluation methods,which can be used for reference for related majors in other colleges and universities to carry out the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system.
