大学生就业磨合期的自我管理策略研究

摘要 随着国家经济社会的快速发展,社会大众越来越重视教育。近几年,大学生数量激增,每年都有八百万左右的大学生走出校园,步入社会。大学生就业难,毕业即失业已经成为许多在校生讨论的话题。许多学生毕业之后的前两年里频繁地换新工作,就是找不到一份自己满意的工作,这段时间称之为大学生就业磨合期。文章对如何快速地帮助大学生度过就业磨合期中关于自身管理的策略进行了研究,并提出几点建议和看法。 With the rapid development of national economy and society,people pay more and more attention to education.The number of college students has increased significantly in recent years.Every year,about 8 million college students go out of campus and enter the society.It is difficult for college students to find jobs,and unemployment after graduation has become a problem that many students who are still on campus begin to discuss.Many students frequently change their jobs in the first two years after graduation,and they can’t find a job that they are satisfied with.This period is called employment run-in period of college students.This article will provide some suggestions and opinions on strategies how to quickly help college students to get through the self-management in employment run-in period.
