高职智能制造专业群专业创新创业OTO教学模式与实践研究 被引量:2

OTO Teaching Model and Practice Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Intelligent Manufacturing Major Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 文章介绍了高校创新创业教育教学的背景、意义和现状,研究了高职专业创新创业教育现状,得出专业创新创业教育主要存在的问题:(1)课程定位模糊;(2)课程相对孤立;(3)教学模式乏善可陈;(4)师资力量不足;(5)保障机制不完善;(6)学习者基础薄弱。同时,分析了OTO教学应用优势,提出了高职智能制造专业群专业创新创业应用OTO教学模式,并给出了建设路径。以武汉交通职业学院为例,实践研究了高职智能制造专业创新创业OTO教学模式的具体方法和内容。同时,提出了实施此教学模式改革的四点要求:(1)合理分配网络在线学习与传统课堂教学;(2)及时推送学习频率高的教学资源;(3)分层混合教学构型;(4)完善教学质量保障机制。 This paper introduces the background,significance and current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.By studying the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,this paper concludes that the main problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education are as follows:(1)fuzzy curriculum positioning;(2)relatively isolated curriculum;(3)lack of teaching model;(4)insufficient faculty;(5)imperfect guarantee mechanism;(6)learner’sweak foundation.This paper analyzes the application advantages of OTO teaching,puts forward the OTO teaching mode application of innovation and entrepreneurship for higher vocational intelligent manufacturing major group,and gives the construction path.Taking Wuhan Technical College of Communications as an example,this paper studies the specific methods and content of OTO teaching mode for innovation and entrepreneurship of intelligent manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,put forward four requirements for the implementation of the reform of the teaching mode:(1)reasonable distribution of online learning and traditional classroom teaching;(2)timely pushing teaching resources with high learning frequency;(3)hierarchical mixed teaching configuration;(4)improvement of the teaching quality guarantee mechanism.
