摘要
通过对航空承运人现有培训模式展开的梳理,分析在大型网络开放式课程(MOOC)时代背景下交通运输专业(飞行签派方向)课程教学模式变革的建议。研究可得:面对MOOC时代的到来,相关课程的培训模式首先应从"环境营造""角色重塑""绩效考核""教学反思"和"硬件使用"五个方面来达到教学改革的目的;其次将混合教学模式和"应用案例"教学模式引入到MOOC课堂中,能达到提升教学效果的目的;最后通过退出机制的建立为提升教学模式改革提供优化的标准。研究成果对新型教学模式在民航关键岗位的员工培训起到了有益的示范效果和推广意义。
Through sorting out the existing training modes of air carriers,the paper analyzed the suggestions for the reform of the teaching mode of transportation majors(flight dispatch direction)in the context of the Massive Open Online Course(MOOC).Research can be obtained:in the face of the arrival of the MOOC era,the training mode of relevant courses should firstly achieve teaching reform from five aspects:"environmental creation","reform remodeling","performance appraisal","teaching reflection"and"hardware using";then,introduce the mixed teaching mode and the"case reference"teaching mode into the MOOC classroom,which can achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect;finally,through the establishment of the exit mechanism,it provides an optimized standard for improving the teaching mode reform.The research results would have a useful demonstration effect and promotion significance for the new teaching mode in the staff training of key positions in civil aviation.
