高职院校师资队伍建设的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,国内高等职业教育已步入发展关键阶段,由于以往传统人才体制存在限制其自身发展的因素,不能很好地满足社会发展需求,也限制了高职院校自身发展。因此,要提高高职院校师资队伍的整体建设水平,不断优化高等教育的组织机构,升级传统师资队伍建设体系从而满足社会发展的需求。文章阐述了高等职业院校师资队伍建设的意义,分析了当前师资队伍建设中面临的困境与挑战,并提出了一系列解决措施。

At present, higher vocational education in China has begun to enter the key stage of development. However, the traditional talent system cannot well meet the needs of social development because of the factors that restrict its own development. At the same time, it also makes higher vocational colleges face great restrictions to realize their own strategic development. Therefore, it needs to improve the overall construction level of teachers in higher vocational colleges, constantly optimize the relevant organizations engaged in higher education, upgrade the traditional teaching staff construction system, to meet the needs of social development. This paper expounds the significance of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes difficulties and challenges in the construction of teaching staff at present, and a series of solutions are put forward.
