中职教师“追求卓越、多元发展”的实践探索

摘要 中职教师追求卓越、多元发展,是学校校本培训的一个新的体现。教师多元发展是教师根据专业发展的特性,通过自我反思、自我设计、实施和调控等实现多元发展。文章从"内部导向""外部刺激"两方面入手,在实践中总结出中职教师"追求卓越、多元发展"的内部导向激励策略和外部导向刺激策略,以此激发教师多元发展、追求卓越的热情。 Secondary vocational school teacher’ pursuit of excellence and diversified development is a new embodiment of school-based training. According to the characteristics of professional development, teacher’s diversified development is realized through self-reflection, self-design, implementation and regulation. Starting from the two aspects of "internal guidance" and "external stimulation", this paper summarizes the internal guidance and stimulation strategies of "pursuing excellence and diversified development" of secondary vocational school teachers in practice, so as to stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm for pursuing excellence and diversified development.
