职教硕士的一体化培养体系研究

Research on Integrated Training System of Master of Vocational Education

我国自2016年开始实施职业技术教育领域的教育硕士培养工作,第一批招收的职教硕士研究生已经毕业。据调查,目前职教硕士培养还存在一些亟待解决的问题。为此,应该加强职业技术教育硕士的三学科课程融合设置、五性融合的教学体系、双师双能型培养目标、三导师制教师队伍建设和毕业论文实用化的研究。同时,文章还对职业教育领域的教育硕士人才培养,提出了有针对性的建议。

Since 2016,China has been carrying out the training of master of education in the field of vocational and technical education,and the first batch of postgraduates of vocational education have graduated.According to the investigation,there are still some problems to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the three-subject curriculum integration of the master of vocational education,the teaching system of integration of five kinds,the training goal of double teachers and two abilities,the construction of three-tutor teacher team and the research on the practicality of graduation thesis.And put forward some targeted suggestions on the cultivation of the master of education talents in the field of vocational education.
