产业转型升级与高职金融专业有效发展研究——以五所广东省一流高职院校为例

Research on Industrial Transformation and Upgrading and Effective Development of Finance Specialty in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Five First-class Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province as an Example

为了厘清产业结构转型升级与高职金融专业有效发展的耦合关系,文章采用了统计分析方法开展研究。结果表明:产业转型升级进程中实体产业领域和金融业在科技进步的推动下深入演进,深刻影响了劳动力市场对金融专业人才结构和素质的需求。当下劳动力市场对金融专业人才的需求不稳定,波动性较大;高职金融专业建设有待提升,专业特色化建设流于形式,高职金融专业建设不应单纯追热点,应回归专业有效发展的根本才能做出特色。

To clarify the relationship between industrial structure transformation and upgrading and the effective development of finance specialty in higher vocational colleges,using the statistical analysis method,the results show that in the process of industry transformation and upgrading,the entity industry and financial industry driven by scientific and technological progress have deep evolution,which profoundly affects the labor market demand for financial specialty talent structure and quality;the demand for financial specialty talent in the present labor market is unstable and volatile.The construction of finance specialty in higher vocational education needs to be improved,and the characteristic construction of the specialty is a formality.Put forward that the construction of finance specialty in higher vocational colleges should not simply chase after the hot spot but also return to the root of the effective development of specialty in order to have characteristic effect.
