高职“SYB创业培训”课程探索

The Course Exploration of“SYB Entrepreneurship Training”in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职二年级开设的“SYB创业培训”课,进行了10项创业内容培训。通过课程实施,扩大了SYB培训范围,学生接受程度和认知深度均有提升,但在客观上还存在简单移植、模糊针对性、削弱积极性、减少实用性的不足。文章提出,通过增强课程的针对性、有效性,可提升高职创业人才的培养效果。

The“SYB entrepreneurship training”course carried out in the second year in higher vocational colleges,has conducted 10 entrepreneurship training contents.Through course implementation,the scope of SYB training has been expanded,and students’acceptance and cognitive depth have been improved.However,objectively,there are still some shortcomings,such as simple transplantation,vague pertinence,weakening enthusiasm and reducing practicability.This paper proposes to improve the training effect of higher vocational entrepreneurship talents by enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of the course.
