柔性管中聚酰胺11的蠕变行为研究

摘要 应用于海底油气生产的柔性管要求其内部能够承压和耐热,聚酰胺11材料是最佳选择。但是柔性管长期在高压、高温环境中服役,柔性管中的PA11材料会出现老化降解。为此,本研究通过蠕变试验研究了温度、应力、校正固有黏度(CIV)对柔性管中PA11材料蠕变行为的影响。基于蠕变试验结果,建立了包含试验应力、持续时间以及绝对试验温度影响的PA11的蠕变模型,该模型可用于描述PA11材料蠕变响应行为随温度、应力水平和修正固有黏度的变化。蠕应变分析结果表明,PA11材料的蠕变响应具有很强的应力和温度依赖性,当CIV一定时,蠕变应变随着应力水平和温度的升高而增加。 Polyamide 11 material is the best choice for the flexible pipe used in subsea oil and gas production.But the PA11 material in the flexible tube will be aged and degraded when it is used in high pressure and high temperature environment for a long time.Therefore,the effects of temperature,stress and corrected intrinsic viscosity(CIV)on the creep behavior of PA11 in flexible pipe are studied by creep test.Based on the creep test results,the creep model of PA11,which includes the effects of test stress,temperature,duration and absolute test temperature,is established.The model can be used to describe the change of creep response behavior of PA11 with temperature,stress level and corrected intrinsic viscosity.Creep strain analysis results show that the creep response of PA11 material is highly dependent on stress and temperature.When CIV is constant,the creep strain increases with the increase of stress level and temperature.
