补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的症状转归分析

A Analysis of Symptoms and Outcomes of Hemiplegia after Stroke Treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的探讨采用补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的症状转归。方法纳入医院2017年6月-2019年5月收治的80例中风后偏瘫患者。随机数字表分组,针灸治疗组采取针灸治疗,补阳还五汤联合针灸联合治疗组则采取针灸治疗加上中药补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗。比较针灸治疗组、补阳还五汤联合针灸联合治疗组疗效;病情改善的时间、住院总时间;治疗前后患者血液生化指标、神经功能缺损评分、ADL评分、不良反应。结果补阳还五汤联合针灸联合治疗组疗效、病情改善的时间、住院总时间、血液生化指标、神经功能缺损评分、ADL评分相比较针灸治疗组更好,P <0. 05。补阳还五汤联合针灸联合治疗组副作用和针灸治疗组无明显差异,P> 0. 05。结论针灸治疗加上中药补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的效果理想。

Objective To investigate the symptoms and prognosis of hemiplegia after stroke treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture. Methods Eighty hemiplegic patients after stroke from June 2017 to May 2019 in our hospital were enrolled and grouped by the random number table method. The acupuncture treatment group used the acupuncture treatment and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group used acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction. We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups. The time of improvement and the total length of hospitalization before and after treatment,the blood biochemical indexes,neurological deficit score and ADL score of the patients were measured. We also compared the side effects. Results Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group had better curative effect,improvement time,total hospitalization time,blood biochemical index,neurological deficit score and ADL score than acupuncture treatment group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in side effects between Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture treatment group (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture has ideal effect on hemiplegia after stroke.
