摘要
基于Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应制备氯乙酰基化聚砜(APS),APS与2-萘酚-6,8-二磺酸钾(NSK)通过亲核取代反应制备一种萘磺酸型磺化聚砜(APS-NS).用FT-IR和1H NMR进行表征,研究了对亲核取代反应影响的主要因素,采用溶液浇注方法制备APS-NS质子交换膜(PEM),初步研究PEM的基本性能(包括吸水率、尺寸稳定性和质子传导率).研究结果表明:该反应属于SN1反应,强极性的反应溶剂有利于反应的进行,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,在100℃下反应36 h,萘磺酸键含量为1.55 mmol/g.该PEM在高磺化度下表现出很好的尺寸稳定性,其中APS-NS-4膜在25℃的吸水率为29.2%,吸水溶胀率仅为23.6%,低于Nafion 115在相同条件下的吸水溶胀性.
Chloroacetylated polysulfones were prepared via Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction,followed by nucleophilic substitution reaction with 2-naphthol-6,8-disulfonic acid dipotassium to afford a kind of naphthalenesulfonic acid type polysulfones(APS-NS).The chemical structure of APS-NS was characterized by FT-IR and 1 H NMR and the corresponding PEMs were fabricated by solution casting method.The main influencing factors on nucleophilic substitution and basic properties including water uptaking,swelling ratio and proton conductivity of PEMs were explored.The results show that the nucleophilic substitution reaction belongs to SN1 reaction.With DMSO as solvent,the bonding amount of sulfonic acid group was as high as1.55 mmol/g when the reaction was carried out for 36 hat 100℃.APS-NS PEMs shows outstanding size stability at high water sorption.The water uptake of APS-NS-4 PEMs is 29.2% at 25 ℃,but the dimensional stability is only 23.6%,lower than that of Nafion 115 under the same condition.
