国医大师熊继柏治疗肺癌用药规律探析

Analysis of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master XiongJibai in Treating Lung Cancer

目的探析和总结熊继柏教授运用中药治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法拟定处方纳入标准及排除标准,收集整理熊继柏教授治疗肺癌的中药门诊处方,采用频数分析法统计处方中单味中药、药物性、味、归经及药物功效使用频次,并运用聚类分析法和关联分析法筛选出24味主要药味,概括其功效作用。结果按处方纳入标准,筛选肺癌处方165例,共涉及中药154味,按照功效不同主要分为8类,以化痰止咳平喘类药、清热解毒类药、活血化瘀类药、补益类药、利水渗湿类药、解表祛邪类药、理气类药、通经活络类药等为主,通过常用中药归纳出熊继柏教授治疗肺癌予清热化痰散瘀治疗方法为主。结论熊继柏教授治疗肺癌谨守病机本质和经络循行,在清热化痰散瘀的同时,予补气行血等治法。

Objective To explore and summarize the application of Professor XiongJibai in the treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods To formulate prescription inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, collect and prescribe the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient treatment for lung cancer by Professor XiongJibai, and use frequency analysis method to calculate the frequency of single-flavor Chinese medicine, drug-based, taste, menstruation and drug use in prescriptions, and use cluster analysis. The method and correlation analysis method screened 24 main flavors and summarized their effects.Results According to the prescription inclusion criteria, 165 cases of lung cancer prescriptions were screened, involving 154 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the different effects, it is mainly divided into 8 categories, such as phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs, heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm drugs, tonic drugs, water and osmosis drugs, remedies for phlegm and phlegm, regulatingqi drugs, passing through active drugs and the like,and traditional medicines are mainly used.Through the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, Professor XiongJibai’s treatment of lung cancer and heat up phlegm dilated is the main treatment method.Conclusion Professor XiongJibai treats the nature of the pathogenesis of lung cancer and the meridians and circulatory lines. At the same time of clearing away heat and dissipating phlegm and blood stasis, he is treated with qi and blood.
