丹参通络解毒汤中羟基红花黄色素A和丹酚酸B的含量测定

Determination of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A and Salvianolic Acid B in Danshen Tongluo Jiedu Decoction

目的运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定丹参通络解毒汤中羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)和丹酚酸B(Sal B)含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长280 nm。结果 HSYA在21.2~63.3μg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.23%,RSD为1.15%。Sal B在16.8~50.4μg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.12%。结论此方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为丹参通络解毒汤的质量控制的检测方法。

Objective HPLC was used simultaneously to determine the content of simultaneous determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and salvianolic acid B in Danshen Tongluo Jiedu decoction.Method The determination was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase in gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.Result Hydroxysafflor yellow A presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 21.2~63.3 μg/mL(r=0.999 6).The average rate of recovery was 99.23% with RSD 1.15%.Salvianolic acid B presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 16.8~50.4 μg/mL(r=0.999 5).The average rate of recovery was 99.01% with RSD of 1.12%.Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable, and can be used to test the quality control of Danshen Tongluo Jiedu decoction.
