Progress on TCM and Modern Medicine of Post-Infectious Cough

感染后咳嗽为亚急性咳嗽中最重要的组成部分。迁延不愈的咳嗽会对患者造成生理及心理上的不良影响,儿童时期的呼吸道病毒感染导致的气道损伤、气道炎症等病变,可能成为其他呼吸系统疾病的潜在风险。通过对近年来现代医学和中医学的研究进展进行总结、归纳、整理该病的机理与诊治,以求进一步指导临床诊疗。

Post-infectious cough is the most important component of subacute cough. Prolonged cough would cause adverse influence on physical and psychological conditions of patients. Airway injury and inflammation caused by respiratory virus infection in childhood may be a potential risk of other respiratory diseases. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in recent years and summarizes the mechanism and diagnosis and treatment of this disease so as to further guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
