在中外人文交流日益密切的背景下,档案馆的文化认同功能不断凸显。档案馆不仅能够增强中国民众对中外文化的认识与理解,还能加深外国民众对中国文化的了解与兴趣,从而促进中外民众对不同文明的认同与互鉴。因此,档案馆应以历史文献、文化遗产为根基,以档案文化创意产品为载体,以档案网络媒体为平台,通过做好顶层设计、创新合作方式、整合社会力量等方式积极参与中外人文交流。

In the context of increasingly close people to people dialogue between China and foreign countries,the cultural identity function of the archives has become increasingly prominent,which can not only enhance Chinese people’s understanding of Chinese and foreign cultures,but also deepen foreign people’s interest in Chinese culture,thereby promoting people’s identification and mutual learning of different civilizations.Therefore,based on the historical documents and cultural heritage,using archival cultural creative products as carriers,and with the archives network media as the platform,the archives actively participate in people to people dialogue through top-level design,innovative cooperation methods,integration of social forces and other ways.
