摘要
后现代档案学理论的核心是重新思考档案的价值、档案工作与社会系统的相互关系、档案工作者的角色定位。这种重新思考有利于人们从更广阔的社会视野来审视突发公共卫生事件档案管理,为其提供价值导向和理论参考,具体表现在:档案记忆观指引建构立体的全民记忆;"档案与身份认同"倡导增强公民归属感;档案多元论强调进行多维审视;"社群档案"呼吁关注特殊群体;"档案情感价值"鼓励倾注情感关怀。
The core of post-modern archival theory is to rethink the value of archives,the relationship between archival work and social system,and the role of archivists.This kind of rethinking is helpful for us to examine the archives management of public health emergencies from a broader social perspective,and provides value orientation and theoretical guidance for it,which are embodied in the following aspects:the archival memory view guides the construction of three-dimensional memory of the whole people;"archives and identity"advocates strengthening the sense of belonging of citizens;the archival multiverse emphasizes multi-dimensional examination;and the"community archives"calls for attention special groups;"archival affective value"encourages emotional care.
