新发传染病是学校卫生面临的永恒挑战

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")作为一种传染性很强的新发传染病,给学校传染病防控带来了新的挑战。面对新发传染病,学校应该充分发挥学校卫生工作中的学校传染病防控作用,运用和宣传好中国有关传染病防治和学校传染病防控的法律法规及各项卫生制度,建立和畅通长效的学校传染病防控体系,重视并落实专业校医队伍建设,运用好学校健康教育和专业性学校卫生监督,充分体现学校卫生工作在防控新冠肺炎疫情中(尤其在学生开学返校时)的堡垒作用,才能经得起新发传染病对学校卫生工作的挑战和考验,保障学生和教师的生命安全及健康。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia, NCP, as an emerging infectious disease with high infectiousness, has brought new challenges to prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools. When facing the emerging infectious diseases, schools should play a full role of preventing and controlling school-based infectious diseases. Firstly, schools should use and propagandize Chinese laws, regulations and health systems about infectious diseases prevention and treatment including prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools. Secondly, schools should establish and unblock a long-term infectious disease prevention and control system. Thirdly, schools should attach importance to the establisment of a professional school doctor team( school health teacher).Fourthly, schools should provide school health education and collaborate with school health supervision professionals. The fort role of school health work in the prevention and control of NCP, especially after students return to school, should be fully embodied in order to with stand the challenge from new infectious diseases and guarantee safety and health of students and teachers.
